一、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)原理及特點(diǎn)：

高壓細(xì)水霧噴頭是由噴頭體、噴嘴、噴嘴芯及濾網(wǎng)等零件組成，一定壓力的水通過噴頭濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)入噴頭后，將壓力水從噴嘴孔中高速噴出，與周圍的空氣產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的摩擦，水流被撕裂，從而形成細(xì)水霧沿一定角度噴射。該高壓細(xì)水霧噴頭噴放的細(xì)水霧屬于I級細(xì)水霧，Dv0.9≤100μ，壓力高、彌漫效果好，噴放后水霧的駐留時間長，與其它噴頭相比，可降低滅火、控火的噴霧強(qiáng)度，用水量少。

二、產(chǎn)品用途：

該噴頭是高壓細(xì)水霧噴水滅火系統(tǒng)的一個重要組成元件，既可以通過細(xì)小的霧滴冷卻火羽，水蒸氣隔氧，并且可以減弱輻射熱來控火、滅火，通常安裝于有火災(zāi)危險的生產(chǎn)場所、倉庫、商場、賓館、醫(yī)院、劇院、辦公樓、高層建筑及車庫等場所。該噴頭應(yīng)下垂或水平安裝，有開式噴頭和閉式噴頭兩種形式。如在船舶、腐蝕環(huán)境中使用，可提供不銹鋼的噴頭，須另行訂貨加工。

三、產(chǎn)品性能參數(shù)：

（1）材質(zhì)：316SS、銅合金（表面鍍鉻）

（2）工作壓力范圍：8~15MPa

（3）流量系數(shù)：K=0.5、0.6、0.75、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5、2.1、2.5、3.0、3.5。

（4）噴頭過濾網(wǎng)：不銹鋼，數(shù)目為40目。
